Since most of our services are customized and begin shortly after payment is received, refunds are limited and evaluated based on the terms outlined below.

2. Non-Refundable Services (After Work Has Started)

Once project planning has been approved and work has commenced, the following services become non-refundable:

• Book Formatting
• Book Cover Design
• Illustrations
• Author Website Development
• Publishing Assistance
• Marketing & Promotional Campaigns
• Paid Advertising Management
• Audiobook Production
• Printing Coordination
• Any other customized publishing or creative service

3. Refund Eligibility

You may qualify for a refund under the following circumstances:

• No Work Started: If no work has commenced and no consultation, planning, or discovery session has taken place, you may request a full refund within seven (7) days of payment.
• Duplicate Payment: Any verified duplicate payment will be refunded in full.
• Failure to Deliver: If Amazon USA Publication fails to deliver the agreed service within the committed timeframe due to our own error and does not resolve the issue within seven (7) business days after receiving written notice, a partial or full refund may be considered.

4. Deposits & Project Milestones

Advance payments and deposits secure project scheduling, research, and production resources.

If work has already begun, any approved refund will exclude:

• Hours already worked
• Completed milestones
• Work currently in progress
• Third-party expenses such as advertising costs, printing fees, ISBN purchases, software licenses, or other external services

5. How to Request a Refund

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact our support team before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Filing a chargeback without first allowing us an opportunity to resolve the matter may delay the resolution process and affect future service eligibility.

8. Taxes, Processing Fees & Third-Party Costs

Payment processing fees, advertising costs, marketplace fees, printing proofs, ISBN registrations, shipping charges, and any third-party expenses already incurred on your behalf are non-refundable.

All project timelines are estimates and depend on timely communication, feedback, approvals, and the timely submission of required materials by the client.

Amazon USA Publication is an independent publishing and creative services company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Amazon.com, Inc., Amazon Publishing, Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP), or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.

5. Payment Information

Payments may be processed through our authorized billing partners or merchant accounts. The billing name appearing on your bank or credit card statement may differ from our trading name depending on the payment gateway used.
